Our food is fresh, colourful and light, full of energy and vitality, where we use quality seasonal ingredients, flavours that nod both to the local palate and the Australian sunshine. No matter where you find us, from Sydney and London to Seoul and Tokyo, we love to make people happy.
Our food ethos
We want our food to make people feel good: it bursts with flavour, goodness, simplicity and happiness. We use local seasonal ingredients infused with a sunny, vivid lightness that reflects what we’ve always done – creating dishes and atmospheres where friends and family can come together to share a delicious meal, morning, noon or night. The emotional comfort of food is just as important as how it looks and tastes.

Our suppliers
The best quality, sustainably sourced ingredients are vital to everything we serve at Granger & Co. Every one of our free-range eggs comes directly from a family farm in Kent. Our ricotta and mozzarella are made by La Latteria and our milk is provided by The Estate Dairy in Somerset. We turn to Dusty Knuckle for our sourdough and Natoora for fresh fruit and vegetables. All our meat is free-range and reared in the UK and our chalkstream trout is fully sustainable, traceable and raised in the Rivers Test and Itchen.
Sustainability
We work hard every day to reduce, recycle and reuse at Granger & Co: we are phasing out single use plastic (our takeaway boxes are fully compostable), minimising food waste by transforming leftover ingredients into condiments and jams, using green energy, recycled paper, and eco-friendly cleaning materials. There is still so much to do but we are passionate about sustainably minimising the impact of our restaurants on our beautiful planet.

Our Menus
Our restaurants are open all day, every day, for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Along with excellent coffee, cakes and sweet treats as well as homemade sodas, ferments and cocktails. Our food is made from scratch in small batches with the best possible ingredients.
